how to win a girls's heart

STEPS

1.Don't come on too strong early. Let the relationship develop at its own pace. Coming on too strong early will almost certainly creep her out.

2.Be brave. Most girls like people with confidence, not an ego. Just walk up to her and start a simple conversation. She'll get the hint that you are interested in her.

3.Do not ever treat her as she were merely an item. No one likes to feel used and unloved.

4.Prove that you really like her. Show that you're not simply crushing or lusting for her. Ask her about herself, talk to her. Don't just move in for the kiss. Listen to her and look her in the eye.

5.Memorize her eye color. Do this by looking at them as much as you can when you're talking with her. It wouldn't be a bad idea to do this for every woman you meet.

6.Care for her. Ask her about her day. It's a simple way to show her that you are interested in what she does, and that you do care. When she starts to talk, you must give her your full attention. Look her in the eye. And most importantly, don't interrupt. Ask her questions about it because it will show her that you are listening. Offer to help her.

7.Make sure to be good friends with her friends. If her friends like you, you'll have a better chance of winning her over. After all, girls often turn to their friends for advice and for a second opinion. So it's best if her friends have a high opinion of you.

8.Make her feel like the most beautiful thing in the world. You can actually directly say that. Girls love to be complimented and to know that they are beautiful, but don't overdo it, particularly in a new friendship. Just saying something like, "You look really nice today" will make her happy. As long as you're sincere and mean it. If you are not, they will not trust your opinion on other things.

9.Make sure she feels safe with you. Most girls want to have someone they can trust and turn to when something goes wrong. And even when she is having a good day, let her know you're interested in how she's doing. If you know that she has plans after work or school, ask her how it went. If you let on that you like her, she'll eventually pick up on the hints. You don't even have to come out and say it. She'll probably pick up on it already.

10.Feel good and bad for her. If she had gotten a perfect score on her math test, be cheerful about it! If she was having a bad day, let her know that you feel her pain and that you want her to feel better. Attempt to make her feel better, if you can.

11.If you can make a girl laugh, you'll get further with her. But don't take advantage of this. Let her be your best friend first, then ease into things. A girl needs to know that she can trust you, and that you're not going to break her heart because you really do care about her. Girls love to laugh and will laugh at anything you say, even if its not funny.

12.Let her wear your jacket if she's cold. It makes an even bigger impression if you take it off of your back and give it to her to wear, but make sure it's clean and smells decent. In doing this, you show a girl that you care about her. She will feel safe and cared.

13.Have good hygiene. Women take pride in hygiene and if a man has good hygiene, it works really well on her. The opposite, bad hygiene, is usually an immediate deal-breaker. Believe it or not, fresh, clean-smelling hair is a really good thing. And, a fresh-smelling body is a must-have. A sweaty, smelly body means you're out.

14.Don't play games. It's a waste of time and gets a relationship headed in the wrong direction. If you try to start a relationship on something false (like you say you've had a multi-year relationship yet you've never even had a girlfriend), that is most likely where you will end up. Cute little flirting or teasing is okay, but never pretend to be someone you're not. If you think the girl is only in the relationship for one thing, and you're in it for another, don't just play along to keep her with you. Tell her what you're looking for and try and make her see what really counts.

15.Be sincere. Compliments, flirting, teasing, carefulness -- none of it matters unless you truly do care.

16.Love her for her quirks. Everyone has something they don't like about the person they love, but if you have too many big things on that list, you need the boot. You need to love her for the things that make her special, for her uniqueness. Tell her so. For example, "I love your freckles." A simple thing like that that you know she may be insecure about can really mean a lot to a girl.

17.If you are thinking something, tell her. If you can't decipher her signals or see where she is going with what she's doing/saying, tell her that. It's best just to get it out there, and see what she says. If you're unsure of what is going on, or how she's treating you, tell her that. If you get it out there right away, the problem can be fixed and the relationship can stay healthy. But don't shoot your mouth off. In these situations, you need to think twice and speak once.

18.Love who she is, inside and out. And show it. This is the most important step.

VIDEOS

TIPS
  • Don't be afraid to tell others how you feel. She will see that you aren't the least bit embarrassed.

  • Treat her nicely. Don't hesitate to purchase any item that she needs. Ask her out whenever you both feel like having a good time outside the comfort zone.

  • Be self-assured. Walk, talk and act with confidence. Be a leader. Offer her the security you can provide.

  • Sometimes, less direct methods of talking to her (like text messaging) can give off a more mysterious and intriguing impression, but nothing really compares to face-to-face communication. Get plenty of that in.

  • Don't be petty. Don't complain about trivial things.

  • Be exciting. Always talk with vigor and energy, no matter what the topic. Never look down when talking to her; even if you are feeling sad always show excitement.

  • Be playful. Tease her a little, and when she teases you come right back at her with something funny. It's like two puppies wrestling. Very fun. However, girls tend to be sensitive, so make sure you don't hurt her feelings and let her have the last word every now and then.

  • Take pride. Dress well and be clean. Don't litter.

  • Don't interrupt. Show a respect for everything and everyone. Be a nice person; understanding and appreciative.

  • Chivalry is not dead! Open doors. Do her dishes. Take out the trash when you come over. She will love it! Service is guaranteed to be one of the best ways to win her heart.

  • Respect her. Above all else. She is special and unique. Don't stand for even your closest friend insulting no matter what. After all, you love her, don't you? Good luck.

  • You should try to make her laugh. Girls love good senses of humor, after all.

  • Get close and talk to a relative of hers. Next time she hears about you, don't give them bad ideas about what you do, but let her only speak about the good things about you.

  • Always show respect for other girls. This will show her how sweet and kind you are.

  • Never interrupt her. Listen to what she has to say.

  • Make sure you are having fun. Honestly relax and enjoy yourself with her. There is nothing more painful to watch than some idiot trying to win over a girl if they are looking like they're constipated.

  • Take her out to dinner on days that she comes home and is in a good mood. On days she comes home grouchy, pick her up something yummy. On days she comes home humiliated, spend the night with her so she knows she has someone there for her.

  • Once you have started and you are confident she likes you don't break the bond! You don't want to break her heart.

  • If you're trying to win over a girl who you hardly know, then you obviously need to develop your relationship with her progressively . If you try to jump from being an acquaintance to being friends or a significant other then you'll come off as being a creepy or stalkerish. Interpersonal relationships have five levels of communication:

  • Advancing in conversational depth is tricky. It's awkward if you move too fast, so it's best to be patient. The best way to start moving forward is to spend time around her without necessarily making her your main focus. For example, seeing a movie with friends, studying together, or something else to do with the connections by which you came to know her. It may be a good idea to bring along a close friend as a 'wingman' to back you up depending on the situation.

Dark Fireworks on the Sun

July 11, 2011: On June 7, 2011, Earth-orbiting satellites detected a flash of X-rays coming from the western edge of the solar disk. Registering only "M" (for medium) on the Richter scale of solar flares, the blast at first appeared to be a run-of-the-mill eruption--that is, until researchers looked at the movies.
"We'd never seen anything like it," says Alex Young, a solar physicist at the Goddard Space Flight Center. "Half of the sun appeared to be blowing itself to bits."
NASA has just released new high-resolution videos of the event recorded by the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO). The videos are large, typically 50 MB to 100 MB, but worth the wait to download. Click on the arrow to launch the first movie, then scroll down for commentary:

"IN terms of raw power, this really was just a medium-sized eruption," says Young, "but it had a uniquely dramatic appearance caused by all the inky-dark material. We don't usually see that."
Solar physicist Angelos Vourlidas of the Naval Research Lab in Washington DC calls it a case of "dark fireworks."
"The blast was triggered by an unstable magnetic filament near the sun's surface," he explains. "That filament was loaded down with cool1 plasma, which exploded in a spray of dark blobs and streamers."
The plasma blobs were as big as planets, many larger than Earth. They rose and fell ballistically, moving under the influence of the sun's gravity like balls tossed in the air, exploding "like bombs" when they hit the stellar surface.
Some blobs, however, were more like guided missiles. "In the movies we can see material 'grabbed' by magnetic fields and funneled toward sunspot groups hundreds of thousands of kilometers away," notes Young.
SDO also detected a shadowy shock wave issuing from the blast site. The 'solar tsunami' propagated more than halfway across the sun, visibly shaking filaments and loops of magnetism en route.
Long-range action has become a key theme of solar physics since SDO was launched in 2010. The observatory frequently sees explosions in one part of the sun affecting other parts. Sometimes one explosion will trigger another ... and another ... with a domino sequence of flares going off all around the star.
"The June 7th blast didn't seem to trigger any big secondary explosions, but it was certainly felt far and wide," says Young.

It's tempting to look at the movies and conclude that most of the exploded material fell back--but that wouldn't be true, according to Vourlidas. "The blast also propelled a significant coronal mass ejection (CME) out of the sun's atmosphere."
He estimates that the cloud massed about 4.5 x1015 grams, placing it in the top 5% of all CMEs recorded in the Space Age. For comparison, the most massive CME ever recorded was 1016 grams, only a factor of ~2 greater than the June 7th cloud.2 The amount of material that fell back to the sun on June 7th was approximately equal to the amount that flew away, Vourlidas says.
As remarkable as the June 7th eruption seems to be, Young says it might not be so rare. "In fact," he says, "it might be downright common."
Before SDO, space-based observatories observed the sun with relatively slow cadences and/or limited fields of view. They could have easily missed the majesty of such an explosion, catching only a single off-center snapshot at the beginning or end of the blast to hint at what actually happened.
If Young is right, more dark fireworks could be in the offing. Stay tuned.

3. Olympus E-30

The Olympus E-30 single-lens reflex digital camera is aimed at what are often referred to as “prosumer” users, who lie somewhere in between the casual consumer and the professional photographer. The E-30 borrows quite a lot of features from its big brother, including the fast 11-point auto-focus system, shutter speeds of up to 1/8000th second, 1/250th sec maximum flash sync speed, 5fps continuous shooting, built-in image stabilizer which stabilizes all lenses, Live View on a multi-angle LCD screen and the Supersonic Wave Filter dust reduction system.

First impressions of the Olympus E-30 are that it's very similar to its literally bigger brother, the E-3, with a familiar control layout. The E-30 is quite a lot smaller (141.5x107.5x75.0mm versus 142.5x116.5x74.5mm) and lighter (655g versus 810g) than the E-3, so if portability is an issue, the E-30 is the one to go for. Compared to its main rivals, the E-30 is very comparable to the Canon EOS 50D and Nikon D90, being slightly smaller than the former and slightly larger than the latter. So much then for the apparent advantage of the Four-Thirds system in enabling lighter camera bodies and optics – in order to compete with the big boys in the enthusiast market, it's almost as if Olympus has decided its new camera has to be as physically demanding. On the plus side, it does feel as solid as you'd expect a camera retailing around £850 / $1300 to be. The E-30 is also available as a kit with the new 14-54mm f2.8-3.5 II lens, which we tested during this review. Thanks to a combination of the E-30's 11-point auto focus and the Zuiko Digital Supersonic Wave Drive lenses, Olympus is claiming the world's fastest auto focus speeds (as with the E-3). A respectable 5fps performance in burst mode for up to 12 consecutive RAW images, maximum shutter speed of 1/8000th sec, and 1/250th sec maximum flash sync speed further convey the impression that the Olympus E-30 is for more than just snapping the kids at play.

1. Nikon D7000

This is a superb DSLR camera with excellent performance for its class; great viewfinder; control locations and operations streamlined over previous Nikon DSLRs; double SDXC-compatible card slots. Exposure and metering are solid and consistent, and it reproduces color faithfully when you want it to. Nikon pushes the saturation a bit in its default Standard Picture Control, but it doesn’t display the wholesale color shifts we tend to see on lower-end models. However, when you compare the Neutral setting with all the others, you can tell it pushes the contrast to the point where you actually lose shadow detail.
